MediaMusica Publishing House certifies that it will respect the rights given by Law no. 677/2001 regarding the protection against the illegal use of personal data and their free circulation, Law no. 365/2002 regarding electronic commerce, as well as Order no. 130/2000 regarding consumer protection at the closing and execution of distance contracts with their modifications. MediaMusica Publishing House uses your personal data as follows: first and last name, birth date, signature, telephone/fax, address, e-mail, profession, personal identification number, series and number of your ID/passport, by using electronic/manual means, in order to:
- create user accounts and grant facilities, as a consequence of registering on its official website(s);
- make marketing research studies;
- order and deliver goods by e-commerce on its website;
- solve complaints regarding delivered goods.
Providing the data is not compulsory, and their collection is done only with the agreement of the user, expressed by a signature on printed documents (contracts, order notes, bills, expedition documents, etc.) or as a result of filling in the forms and questionnaires on the present website (automatically encrypted, according to international standards).
